"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
