“I wanted a place where my mom, who has mobility issues, could comfortably stay and gather with our family in St. Louis for Christmas. The elevator and the ramp in the front of the building was key for this. We were able to have a few close relatives over for a Christmas meal, conversation and games that we brought. Both bathrooms had walk-in showers. We appreciated the condiments and coffee that were supplied as well. ”

"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
