• Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
• Home is temperature regulated year round to ensure you are comfortable.
• Rental Agreement Required: All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Hot Tub Waiver: Guests acknowledge that use of the hot tub is at their own risk. By booking, guests agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and to release the property owner and management from liability for any injury or illness related to hot tub use. No food or alcohol is allowed during hot tub use. Children must be supervised at all times near or in the hot tub.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Penn Estates. We travelled with another family (total of 3 kids, 4 adults) and we all were comfortable as there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids spent most of the time in the game room and outside in the snow. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The only amenity we were missing was a coat rack or some hooks by the doors since we did come at the end of the year we did have a lot of coats and winter gear but we used chairs instead. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The location was convenient with a couple grocery stores nearby, a Wawa and cvs/walgreens. We came to ski at camelback and it was a short 20 mins drive away. A wonderful home and fantastic experience. We would recommend this home for any future stays.

The house was a great fit for our family. There was a comfortable room for my parents, a room for my husband and me, and a bunk room that worked perfectly for our three kids. We did experience an issue with the hot tub when we arrived, but the owner had it repaired by the second day, and it was warm enough to use by the third night. We also received a partial refund for the first night, which we appreciated. Overall, it’s a very nice home and we enjoyed our stay. It could benefit from a bit more routine maintenance, but it met our needs well.
