Right off of the game room on the bottom floor is a bedroom with a king bed & ensuite bathroom. Right across the hall is a second bedroom with a full size bunk bed + twin trundle pullout. The top floor is filled with the remaining three bedrooms, each with king beds & gorgeous views of the Poconos forest.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Each floor has its own bathroom! On the bottom floor, the king bedroom has its own ensuite. The main level has a full common bathroom that is shared with the living spaces & kitchen. The top level has another full bathroom that is shared between all 3 remaining bedrooms.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
Beautiful, completely remodeled space! Brand new kitchen with modern appliances and open concept that flows into the dining room, with direct access to both the living space & out onto the deck.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
STUNNING central living room! Opens up right into the rest of the house, with high vaulted ceilings and beautiful modern design, coupled with the original cabin-charm of this house. Comfy seating, a smart TV, and lots of natural light pouring in, you will not want to leave this space!

Right downstairs is an additional bonus lounge! With games (ping pong, foosball, and a dart board), more comfy seating, and another smart TV. This is such a unique space that you can enjoy under the snow falling on the lofty skylights, or as the sun beams shine through the walls of windows, no matter the season!

This is an outdoor space unlike any other in the Poconos! HUGE deck, tons of seating all around, a hot tub & lounge seating inside the sunroom, and a MASSIVE built-in net on the lower level of the deck, the provide you a fully immersive hammock experience as you enjoy the serene surrounding nature and listen to the peaceful sounds of the nearby running creek!

Along with the peaceful setting of this home, you will also be able to enjoy grilling on the outdoor BBQ, cozying up next to the fire pit (propane), and exploring all around the private serenity of this home, as it's located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no other homes behind it!

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Family Getaway

The worst experience I’ve had when renting a home. The home is dirty and rundown, including the outdoor areas. The pictures posted online are not current. On the first day we noticed the hot water tank heater was leaking and therefore had no hot water. We reported the problem and didn’t hear back until the next day. She sent a plumber and it took 6 more hours to fix the issue. We lost the entire first day of our rental time due to this issue and were not refunded for it. Stay at your own risk! VRB0 was no help at all.
