Neighborhood amenities include lake access, pool and more.

Access codes will be distributed prior to arrival and can be used on the two available entires.

Enjoy the summer months with access to a variety of community amenities! Passes provide access to enjoy lakes, pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a dog park, and playgrounds.

***Community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 11:00am-7:00PM, pending weather and lifeguard staffing conditions**

****Important Information Regarding Your Stay in Penn Estates****

Please note that Penn Estates is a gated community. The best in the Poconos, but not without some rules. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:

*Rental Agreement and Guests Registration*: Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement and provide ID. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed.

*Guest Registration*: Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with a Guest Registration Form. This form requires information about each guest and all vehicles, including driver's licenses and vehicle information. Failure to complete the required Short-Term Lease/Guest Registration Form within the specified timeframe (4 days prior to arrival, or same-day for reservations made within 72 hours of check-in) may result in the cancellation of your reservation or additional fee of $45. Only registered guests are permitted access to the community and property whether an overnight guests, a day guest a part time guest, including professional services like private chef, masseuses, etc.. Owner cannot be held responsible if access is denied by the community in the event guest does not adhere to these rules and policies.

*Occupancy limit*: Occupancy is regulated by the township and HOA with a maximum of 12 occupants in total throughout the ENTIRE stay (not just at one time). An “Occupant” is defined by the township as adults, children, and infants that will be staying at the property (entire stay or part of the say) or visiting the property (part of the stay). This limit includes short term visitors and guests as well as daily services like private chefs, masseuses, etc. Infants are included in occupancy limits per the township. Please inquire with the owner if you have any questions regarding these limits.

*Gate Access*: Upon arrival at the community gate, you will need to present your photo ID and license plate number. You will then be issued a temporary gate pass for the duration of your stay. This pass will allow you to come and go freely.

*Ride share and deliveries* For a smoother stay, please let us know in advance if you'll be expecting any ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft; OUT AND BACK IN), deliveries, or other services that may require entry into the community. This helps us ensure a seamless experience for you. We typically respond to messages quickly, but please allow for some flexibility in response times. If we are unable to facilitate access due to late night requests, you will be required to meet the delivery person at the front gate or get picked up / dropped off at the gate.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these community guidelines and are here to assist in preparation for your stay to ensure a seamless, smooth and amazing time at our home.

A car is pretty much required to get to the house and to get into town. Once you are here, the neighborhood is nice to walk in, but the area can be hilly. The lake with a sandy beach is a 12-minute walk away (.6 miles)as well as the pool and playground (.6 miles / about 13 minute walk).

Close to major highways, making it convenient for travel to New York City, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
