Leave your busy life at home and come relax at the Pocono Oasis. This family friendly and well-appointed home is spacious, boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Whether you are on a family or group trip, there is plenty to do. You can choose to soak in the hot tub, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or have some friendly competition within the gaming area. If looking to explore, minutes away, you will find Shawnee Mountain, Bushkill Falls, and Great Bear Golf Club.

The Space:
There is a private entrance with bedroom right off of the driveway (no steps required). Great for those who are unable to walk up and down stairs frequently.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with King bed and en suite bath.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed with work station.

Bedroom 3 has a twin over twin bunk bed and full size bed.

Bedroom 4 has a King bed.

3 full bathrooms to enjoy.

All bedrooms have their own TV as well as family room in the basement.

The basement has a pullout sofa bed, toddler play area, laundry area, full bath, and 4th bedroom.

We have 2 kayaks that are available for use and a plethora of games for your entertainment.

Pets:
1 Pet 40lbs or less allowed
Pets must be on leash at all times while outdoors.
Pets are not allowed in hot tub
Pets are not allowed on furniture
Pets should not be left in the home alone
Owers must clean up after their pets to avoid access cleaning fees
Pet fee must be paid


***Our property is equipped with a complete home security system that you will have limited access to. The system includes 4 cameras that you can access on the panel by the entrance door. The cameras are located on the driveway, front door, front deck and back deck. There are no cameras inside of the property. These cameras are for security purposes only.***

As part of our booking process, all guests are required to sign our renter’s agreement. You will receive this agreement electronically via Hospitable.

Great Location for Delaware River Activities

We chose the property for two reasons, the capacity to hold 10 people and its proximity to the Delaware River as we were there for a group canoe trip. The house was very clean, and ready to go. The kids enjoyed the gaming space, and it allowed the adults to talk and relax. We also used the hot tub which was a nice perk for some sore muscles after our rowing. We cooked a little, and the house seemed to have typical pots and pans, plates, utensils etc. We brought paper products to limit the need to clean. They have deck furniture and fire pit, but we didnt really use the outdoor furniture setup. The outside of the house (deck in particular) is a little dated, but that didnt impact our enjoyment. The road to access the property isnt paved and may be difficult for certain vehicle types. It didnt impact us since we had an SUV, but showing up in a low profile vehicle may be difficult for some, or if it was bad weather (snow). All in all it was a great experience! Keep up the good work!

great stay at poconos oasis

Had a really great stay with Laurell. The house was exactly as pictured with lots of great space. We were with 3 families and really felt like there was enough space for everyone between the downstairs and main level. They had some nice touches on the bedrooms, indicating the level of firmness the mattresses were. The rooms and beds were really great - the water for showers was super hot and perfect after a day on the mountains. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, which is rare in a rental. Each room had individual temp controls, which was very convenient for each of the families. The downstairs was perfect for relaxing and there was so much for the kids to do in the rec room, between the air hockey and video game options. Kitchen was clean and there were plenty of supplies for our stay. We didn't get to use the deck, firepit, hot tub because of the weather, but it looked like a great space. Thanks for a great stay!

Family weekend getaway

Very peaceful and comfortable. Very large bedrooms with king beds. Quiet wooded neighborhood but also close to stores and restaurants. We had a great time.

Comfy, Cozy, Convenient!

Laurell, was a great host! She reached out to us during our stay, but we didn’t need a thing. The residence was clean and stylish. Added bonus was the stocked tea and coffee station! This home accommodated 3 couples, each having their own comfy bedroom and bath. The back deck was spacious. Perfect for our group. It was picturesque to see the colorful leaves fall! Conveniently, located near attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Highly recommended. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect getaway with another family!

We had a wonderful stay with another family. We both have a toddler and the little play area in the basement was perfect for them, as well as the pack n play and kid utensils - thank you! The fire pit was perfect for night time and the location was great for our visit to the falls. The home itself felt very clean and beautiful. The house is well stocked and organized and the bedrooms were very nice.

Great property and very accommodating host

Me and friends stayed here 2 nights to ski at Shawnee mountain. The location is 8 mins away driving distance from the mountain, super convenient. The property is very clean, comes with a game room that’s well equipped, our kids loved it. A big thumb up for the host, very accommodating, answers messages very promptly! It was a great stay, and will definitely stay again if we come back to Shawnee!
