Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the serene Penn Estates community. With 3500 square feet of living space, this house is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and luxurious vacation home.

On the main floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, a 2nd bedroom, and a full bathroom. The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Enjoy the high vaulted ceilings and watch your favorite movies on the Smart TV while sitting on comfortable seating for 8. The dining room has ample seating for 8 people, and there's a bonus small dining room that seats 4. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and a middle island for extra counter space. There's also an eat-in kitchen breakfast bar.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a master bath with tub. There's also a small attached nursery room with a crib and rocking chair for new parents to enjoy. A 2nd bedroom is also located on the main floor, and there's a bathroom for guests to use.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find the loft, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The loft features a poker table for 6, making it the ideal spot for game night.

The finished basement is perfect for family entertainment, featuring a Smart TV, arcade, pool table, and a theater room with an overhead projector with surround sound to watch movies on. The laundry room located in the basement.

This listing is a scaled down listing of the main house, the main house features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, this listing is for smaller groups. The extra rooms will be locked and have no access to them. There will be no one else staying at the house at that time of your booking.

The tub in the master has jets but they are not hooked up.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, OUR KITCHEN HAS A DOUBLE WALL OVEN THAT IS NO LONGER OPERATIONAL. WE ADDED A NEW STAINLESS STEEL RANGE AND OVEN COMBO. The double wall oven is not being removed due to the costly renovations. Just to be clear there is an operational oven in the kitchen it is not the double wall oven. It’s also not pictured or mentioned in our listings description.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay except 1 Utility Closet on 2nd floor, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the Garage.

Guests will only have 12 amenity badges for access to amenities within the community. No other badges can be bought or added on.
