The staff was amazing. There were problems with our room, the AC wasn’t working, they got us in a room that was better. You can tell they are trying to do renovations and fix up the place. Things were not perfect but the staff did the best they could to make your stay the best it could be.

Despite they are going through many renovations the staff is amazing and does a great job with maintaining the property. The staff is friendly and willing to help in whatever they can. The rooms are clean and maintained continuously. Made my stay very enjoyable.

When we arrived in our room, the floors were not vacuumed, and there were flies buzzing around. The first night we spent 30 minutes killing a dozen flies. The next day, after we arrived from a full day away, another ten flies were in the room. We filled holes in bathroom walls vents, and spent 30 more minutes killing flies. The next day, seven flies. The final day eight flies. Total time spent killing flies: two hours, over four nights. When we went to front desk to request directions the first morning, the manager told us strangely without any explanation, “your room has everything you need and you do not need anything else…” it seemed a preemptive ill omen for the stay. On our return to the hotel mid-day on our second day, we walked to our room and saw a man knocking aggressively on a door. As we passed, he asked us “what room number are you in?” We said, “not that one” and kept walking. Looking behind us we saw the man unlock the door and go inside. There was no safe in our room, so we found this especially creepy. Upon leaving, we met a different manager at the front desk. He did not greet us, or ask how our stay was (by that time, I had a good idea why that might be) and didn’t even look up from his computer screen. It was the perfect ending to a memorable stay. Highly recommend for fly lovers.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness.

The property is going thru an update process but it need more work, the ac didnt work and the bathroom tub needs attention, i had to pay the price before the city was fully booked but very expensive for what i paid

Disgusting, Unsafe, and Completely Unacceptable! From the moment we entered the hallway, it was obvious this hotel was poorly maintained. Handprints covered the walls, mouse and rat traps were visible, holes were in the walls, molding was missing, and room numbers were literally taped onto doors. It was filthy and neglected. Unfortunately, the room was even worse. Footprints covered the supposedly "clean" floor, hair was found in the bedsheets, makeup stained the pillowcase, pubic hair was on the bathroom floor, and lampshades were ripped. The area where the coffee machine should have been was covered in old coffee spills and stains, yet the machine itself was missing! The entire window frame was surrounded by mold and rust. Even more concerning, the exterior security doors were broken, allowing anyone to enter and exit the building freely. Absolutely no security or consideration for guest safety! This wasn't simply an outdated hotel needing renovations. It was a complete failure of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and security. There is no excuse for renting rooms in this condition, especially when guests are paying to stay there. A hotel doesn't need to be luxurious, but it should be CLEAN, SAFE, and properly maintained. This property failed miserably at all three. The conditions were absolutely appalling, and I cannot believe they consider these rooms acceptable for paying guests. Never again. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere!

I was very disappointed. They did not have all my towels at first but said the would send them. Never showed up. No hair dryer. Said they had one then didn’t. Saw bugs in the lobby. 3 buses of children showed up. VERY loud. Finally I checked out at 630 AM and got a call at 2 pm of why I didn’t check out yet. I actually turned my keys into a person and checked out at the desk!

They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.

Great place to stay for the price!

Great place to stay for the price! Good location, clean room. Didn't get the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that, I'm sure it was fine. For the price, I don't think this place can be beat.

The staff are very friendly and checkin was quick. The morning breakfast lineup is good and offers a variety of options that I enjoy. The room was very clean. I wish there was a light above the table or a small lamp on it because I do a lot of work while in the room and the amount of light is rather low. Otherwise it was an enjoyable visit. Thank you !!
