“I was really disappointed with our stay. We arrived to find food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest and a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
Getting our room key to work was like playing Russian roulette—it worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn’t, making it frustrating every time we returned to our room.
