Perfettamente presentato sud due camere da letto di fronte appartamento al primo piano con vista sul porto sud e gode di una splendida vista sul mare. Soggiorno / sala da pranzo, cucina arredata, camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e bagno doccia, camera doppia e bagno. Banda larga WiFi. Sollevamento. Assegnati e parcheggio per i visitatori. Lovely getaway

The only thing we could find misleading was the picture of the apartments when we booked it gave the impression it had a balcony but it didn’t so was a bit disappointing but I would stay again , the agent Alan was excellent in making us feel welcome

Short break

We booked a last minute stay at this apartment at the harbour. We were met by Alan who helped us with our luggage and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The area was quiet and peaceful and in walking distance of a variety of restaurants. Good weather was a bonus and we enjoyed staying here.

Short break for a Birthday celebration. Check in seamless, Alan very friendly and informative. Apartment bright, comfortable and well appointed with great views of the water and boats. Short walk to the resturants, just to beaware most of the resturants are closed on a Monday, not sure if this applies to summer time. My only comment, having stayed in several Vrbo accomodations, we have never been charged a seperate cleaning fee, this has always been included in the price. I don't particuarly want to see how much I am paying for cleaning.

Our holiday

We enjoyed the outlook and situation of the apartment, but we felt there were several things lacking. The apartment was not as clean as we would like, we had to purchase our own toilet paper, washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, ect and it wasn’t very well equipped. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment at La Piazza Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne

Excellent location just a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Alan the managing agent was superb. Would definitely return for a future visit.

Ok aber hat schon bessere Tage gesehen

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung aber gerade an den Fenstern renovierungsbedürftig. Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nur alle 10 Minuten (bis genug Wasser nachgelaufen ist) und auch der Wasserdruck in Dusche und Waschbecken sind gering Wohnung an sich aber gut und Lage war auch gut

Family Trip

We loved our stay. My Sister and I came from Australia to revisit where we were born and to show our daughters. It was a very handy spot and easy to get anywhere. The bathrooms were a little bit of an issue. Taps too small in basins and all need new washers I think. The main bathroom was awkward to use shower as the toilet roll got wet each time the shower was used. But really overall we loved our stay beds were comfy and warm.

Marvellous marina

A perfect location for us. We didn’t want to be right in Eastbourne but wanted to see water. The apartment complex is just a 10min drive into town with wonderful views onto the marina from every window.

Family Holiday

I was very disappointed, when one of my Son's went home after the first night as he could NOT sleep in one of the Twin Beds as the Springs were poking through the Mattress . The 2nd Twin Bed was better but my other Son used the Duvet from the now empty Twin Bed on top of his Mattress. The 2 Sofa's were also very uncomfortable & old. The cleaning standard also was very poor the Kettle was filthy & some Dishes put away greasy which had to be washed again before use. The Bedding was very faded & never ironed, so all in all a very poor standard & would NOT re book, Eastbourne itself on the other hand we very much enjoyed & would recommend as a Holiday destination !

A nice change

The property was bright and airy with unusual views over the marina which were both interesting and restful. We would have liked to have had a balcony to sit out, but then it is not possible to have everything. The only downside was that we noticed that the taps are probably in need of attention as it is difficult to stop water drips, perhaps the seals require replacement.

Excellent location the property has everything you need for a week away, kitchen had everything you would want if you wished to stay in and cook a meal. Lovely views of the harbour from the full length windows in lounge and main bedroom. A very peaceful area.

Everything that we needed

The apartment is located in a lovely area of the Sovereign Harbour. It is really well equipped, clean, tidy and offers great views of the marina. Communication with Alan, the property manager, was excellent, we had absolutely no problems with arriving at the property and we received all the information needed for our stay. Shops, restaurants and the beach are only few minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment and the nearby area provided everything that we needed for a great holiday.

Lovely apartment

Apartment was really nice , clean and tidy and in a lovely quiet location. Pubs and restaurants at sovereign harbour less than 5 minutes walking away . Good selection of bars and restaurants at the harbour plus Eastbourne is a nice stroll up the promenade about 30 /40 mins away . Really enjoyed walking to Eastbourne in the evening and a taxi was never more than £6.00 back which we thought was really reasonable. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area you are actually spoilt for choice. Can’t recommend this apartment enough, apart from having no wine glasses and not enough coat hangers 😂😂. Enjoyed our stay very much .

Sea escape

Very enjoyable. Lovely outlook and peaceful . A home from home but small things such as more coat hangers, bedside lights and a mirror in twin bedroom would have called completed the experience.
