Harbour Hideaway is set in the popular Sovereign Harbour marina - with great views of the outer harbour and to the sea beyond.

This flexible holiday home has zip-and-link beds in both bedrooms - so each can be set up as super-kingsize or twin rooms. So it is ideal for families, couples sharing or up to four friends wanting their own beds.

With a balcony, two shower rooms, secure car parking, free WiFi and lift access, this third floor flat ticks a lot of boxes for holiday makers.

The comfortable and stylish dining lounge is the ideal place to relax after a busy day exploring.

Sink into the sumptuous blue sofa or mustard armchair in front of the smart TV. Or open the French doors and step out on to the balcony - the table and chairs there offer the perfect spot for watching the boats and yachts come in and out of the harbour.

The dining table seats up to four and is situated by a peep-through window into the kitchen.

The separate kitchen is well equipped, boasting a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, air fryer and a L'Or Nespresso coffee machine. If you need to do a spot of laundry, there is a washer dryer on hand (plus a clothes airer for items that are delicate).

All bed linen is provided, plus regular towels (pack your beach towels). WiFi is freely available and you've an allocated car parking space, plus there are some visitor spots if you bring a second vehicle.

It's an easy stroll to the Waterfront area of Sovereign Harbour, where you'll find some great cafes, restaurants - and of course an ice cream shop! Besides the Waterfront is a handy retail park with a giant Asda (with fuel station), late-night Boots pharmacy, TK Maxx, Smyths Toy Superstore and more.

Eastbourne centre is a pleasant four-mile walk down the promenade, or just a few minutes by car. Buses are also available. Pevensey Bay is just a mile in the other direction, with Pevensey Castle worth a visit and there are a wealth of other historical sites to visit nearby.
