“At check-in Lisa was so friendly and helpful. She offered to help me carry my bags upstairs! There was a minor computer glitch when I checked in. Lisa solved the computer issue, and brought me two pieces of strudel to thank me for my patience. Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The towels were new and absorbent. I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. The gal who handled the check-out was also kind and friendly. ”

“We warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. It's so disheartening when the front staff is cold and uninterested. Or worse, as we had at a previous hotel, to call a 1-800 number to check in over the phone with a national chain. The room was impecibly clean. Only two things were kind of a bummer. No elevator and we had to make multiple trips upstairs with bad backs. And there's a bedside lamp/plugin/table only on one side of the bed. Makes it hard if both sleepers wear CPAPs. Oh, and we...
