Only issue for us was when the folks renting the upstairs unit arrived on our second night. There is very little muffling the sounds from upstairs, so you hear everything fairly clearly. This was challenging given the upstairs group was a family of four with an infant and toddler. Not a massive issue as we were hiking during the day, out at night, and our dog is really chill...
