“Check in and parking was easy and straight forward, The room was clean and cool. Everything was comfy, quiet, private and worked as expected. It is centered on the island and an easy walk to most of the attractions. A nice private retreat in the middle of a classic Virginia ocean side community. Bring your bikes an you won't need a car while your there.”

“What a lovely little space! Everything was clean and just as described. We loved the dock out over the marsh grasses and used it every day - especially since the beach was closed we could still feel close to the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. ”

“Nice town house. Well stocked with everything needed. good boat parking. 1 mile to boat ramp at Kiptopeake. Nice neighbors! Had a couple small issues that the prop manager resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again. ”
