Cottage a Eastham

“The bathroom and bedroom were really a small space for two people.. The air conditioners had filters in need of cleaning and were loud. Kitchen and living room were spacious enough with the convenience of preparing meals whenever we wanted to eat. We loved waking up in the setting looking out over the pond. Very close to the Cape Cod bike trail, which was spectacular!”

“Girls week with my daughter, the house and location were perfect! Very clean and loved the little touches that were left for us. Located right near National Seashore and perfect distance for a day at P-town!”

“Cozy little Cape Cod cottage nestled in nice neighborhood minutes from bay Beach. Very clean, nice linens, everything you need insofar as kitchen needs. great Cape feel. Not luxurious just true Cape feel. Would love to go back for a longer stay”

“The property was perfect for us! It was clean and cozy, exactly as described. Close to the water and centrally located on the Cape, we had an excellent week of vacation. Janet’s instructions and communication were spot on. The home was comfortable and very conducive to easy living and relaxation. We had a great time and look forward to returning. ”

“This is a cute little place. Seems a little worn out for the money. The picture of the two chairs by the water is disceptive. You can not see the water from the house, except for a peek a boo view through the trees. i ”

“The cottage was very well decorated, maintained and well stocked. Loved the location with a view of the cove.My kids loved the loft”

“Cozy cottage right by the beach. Great area not for to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay again!”
