Note that fees posted on sites such as expedia DO NOT INCLUDE nightly pet charges. Grounds could be better landscaped despite there being drought conditions.”

“Check-in was super easy. Tara was great to communicate with. This place had everything anyone would ever need. Beds are super comfy. Place is super clean. The pond is gorgeous. The house is setup so cute. The week flew by. One of my favorite places at the cape and we’ve been coming here at different places for the past 25 years. Love this place. Love heart of cape cod. Awesomely dog friendly.”

“It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. ”

“Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We will gladly return in the future. ”

“The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and all manner of cooking gear. WiFi was super fast all throughout the...
