“The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. It was the May long weekend and neither the pool or hot tub were open. Or maybe they were open but I couldn’t understand the man cleaning the pool! The pool is not heated and hot tub was cold. “Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in.
He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) He took us to the farm suite wich i thought was very nice. Until he opened the door and there was another guests stuff in the room.

“It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!”

“The hotel was in a great location, very close to downtown Newport, and the shuttle service made getting there even easier and more convenient. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with very good food and a great atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.”
