“In this hotel romm was a fridge, ar fryer and microwave, never seen that before. A selection of cups, plates and cutlery completes the scene. Think it would be a good idea to add a coffee machine and sell pods in reception. Been there before and will definitely use it next time in Norwich.”

“The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn.”

“Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. “The staff was polite and helpful, can't complain about them.
But the hotel overall wasn't a good experience:
Not clean, I had to change room because was full of hairs and a Blood stain on the mattress.
The second room wasn't Better: bas smell probaby due to bathroom fan not working, unconfortable mattress, curtain inside the Windows (that you couldn't open), wc flush not working properly”
