Bella casa sul lago sul lago Oconee. Noleggio incluso l'accesso a una darsena condivisa in una baia tranquilla. Ottimo per un fine settimana in fuga o tempo per giocare e godersi il bellissimo Lago Oconee. Il Lago Ocone, a volte indicato come Hamptons of The South, è ottimo per la pesca, la nautica e molte altre attività acquatiche ricreative.

Pulling in was absolutely beautiful! The home itself is very beautiful, the inside is just as beautiful. Being on the lake was just the icing on the cake!

house worked great for us. We were touring area as a possible place to move. Brought boat and toured by car and water. Great dock. Just a note, the bridge pass to enter cove is low clearance.

The view is very nice, and the Townhouse has a wall of windows facing the lake in the living room. The only thing is having to take the garbage to a community connivence center that showed it would be open on Saturday (we went Friday and found the place) @ 8am but was not open @ 8:30 am so we had to bring the garbage home with us. Other than that it was a nice place.

Both bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom was unique, but we made it work. Overall, a nice little place in a quiet area with lake access.

This was just what we were looking for this Labor Day. Relaxing and peaceful location on the lake that is convenient to Lake Oconne restaurants and activities.

My wife and I had the most AMAZING time! The property was clean and exactly as described. The internet access is smoking fast and able to handle several devices. It’s located a stones throw from a full service marina with a convenience store and a Subway and many restaurants (Mello Mushroom and more) less than a mile away. There is a dock so you do t have to trailer your boat. Big boats will have difficulty accessing the dock as there is a tunnel but my 19’ Fish and Ski made it through with room to spare (BIMINI TOP DOWN!). The neighbors to the west are a fun bunch with which to chat and have and have a cocktail. Perhaps you’ll get the opportunity to meet Christopher. He’s great and is genuinely concerned about making sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. We can’t wait to return and I assure you that we will!! Wonderful experience beginning to end!

This house has a great location on the lake but it has become a little run down on the outside. Some broken chairs inside and out. The tv wasn’t working but if you want a place to bring your boat and fish Or sit by the lake this is the place for you.

Literally on a Thursday afternoon I decided on a lake weekend. Owner responded immediately and was very kind and accommodating. Located on water with access to boat dock. Clean and has everything you would need. Is a duplex so neighbors are around. Made for a fun weekend and my kids enjoyed playing with neighbors kids and dogs. Owner was very nice and stopped by to meet us while he was doing some fishing. Would recommend for a weekend getaway. You do have to go through a tunnel to access main lake from lake cove. We had no trouble with our pontoon fitting. Fun weekend!!
