This beautiful and spacious vacation rental offers five bedrooms + a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests for a perfect getaway. There's kayaks, private dock for swimming and fishing, or a perfect spot to create memories with your loved one and sit back, relax and enjoy the views!

The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Escape to the tranquil shores of Lake Sinclair in Eatonton, GA, and make unforgettable memories at our charming Lakeside Bungalow. This family-friendly retreat boasts 5 cozy bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with two single beds, provide ample sleeping space for everyone. There is a sleeper sofa located in the main living area for 2.

Step inside to discover 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming open living area where your family can gather and bond over shared experiences. The screened-in porch offers breathtaking views of the glistening lake, while the private dock beckons you to swim, fish, or simply soak up the sun.

Fire up the propane grill for a delightful lakeside barbecue (propane not provided), or enjoy a picnic on the dock with the convenience of a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. The dock is equipped with boat cleats, perfect for securing your boat after a day of exploring the water. The water depth at the dock ranges from 7-8 ft. We do not supply propane for the grill.

For adventure seekers, two kayaks with paddles are provided for your enjoyment, allowing you to explore the serene waters at your own pace. Just 9 miles from Crooked Creek Marina and 12 miles from Oconee Springs Park, this location offers easy access to nearby attractions and activities. You can also dock your boat at either location.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property with exception of the locked closets for our vendor supply storage. The Garage is locked and not available to guests. Guests are prohibited from using the on-site boat ramp. No parking or driving in any grassed areas of the home.

The Neighborhood:
Family friendly area, peaceful, nestled away approx. 9 miles from the Crooked Creek Marina. Boat ramp access is available at Crooked Creek Marina. Hours may vary depending on season.

Getting Around:
This property is a 25 minute drive to GMC & Georgia College. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offer various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Kroger in Milledgeville and a Walmart in Eatonton 15-20 minutes away.
