Unfortunate this is the first time this has ever happened to us, and we have been staying at this property for over 25 years, even before it was a casino. ”

“Usually this place is 5 stars. So many issues this stay (I've stayed at this place a lot). The day before, I got a local call from the hotel, no voicemail. I redialed the number and was assured by the front desk my reservation was fine. I asked if the pool and hot tub were working and told they were. On the day of, the key didn't work right away, so they reprogrammed the door. Then one the lights didn't work. They gave us a lightbulb to fix it. It worked for a minute then died. We had to be...

“Check in was to be at 3 p.m. computer glitch prevented it until 5:30. Was promised company would make amends, NOTHING. We had to drive all the way back to town to kill time, spent money and wasted gas. (at $4.99 gallon). Staff's hand were tied, but as polite as could be. No keys to check in. Checked in and tv did not work. After two employees worked on it, it was discovered THIS TV HAD TO WARM UP BEFORE IT WORKED. Flat screenLG tv??? “The Nisqually Lodge was very close to Mt. Rainier National Park and a couple of great restaurants. The lodge was clean, cozy and family friendly. They had board games for the kids, coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby, and a stuffed bear -- not the teddy bear kind -- at the top of the stairs toward the guestrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. My family will definitely stay again.”

“Our stay was very comfortable. King size beds here are perfect. The “queen” size room is more of a full size bed. We stayed a total of 3 nights and 4 days. I placed the “pick up room” place card on door but room was not cleaned. Thankfully the front staff was kind enough to grab us fresh towels and extra blankets :) Also, breakfast is a hit or miss type of thing. First day it was amazing! Second day was disappointing. ”
