Two Bedroom Cozy House, located between Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie & Eau Claire.

This guest house is located right on the Chippewa river with beautiful frontage views, a dock for your boat, and/or to swim off, and a kayak to go exploring. There will also be a lilly pad float, paddle boat, paddle board & a couple tubes available to use. Drop your kayaks at the Chippewa River Bridge and kayak for miles.

The cabin has a charcoal grill or gas grill for your use on the patio, along with seating, and a fire pit. We have some fire starters and starter wood. (Local gas stations carry bundle wood for sale)
The interior of the house is cozy but still spacious. Please note there are multiple levels with a small step up or down in many rooms. There are two bedrooms with bed linens and one bathroom with towels provided.
Bedroom 1 has 1 - Queen & 1 Twin Bed
Bedroom 2 has 1- Full Bed
There is a washer & dryer on site and a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary, k-cup coffee. There is a smart tv in the living room & Bedroom 1 with complimentary Netflix & a few local channels. There is a desk located in bedroom 2.

Sleeping 6 is possible if somone wanted to take the couch. Message us for details. We welcome you to invite your local friends over to visit durning the day. If you’re inviting local guests over to visit, please message us on parking availability if you will be having more than 4 vechiles on site.

Sportsman’s and River Jams, 2 miles up river often have music on the weekends and some food options. Heartbreakers in the neighborhood is a great place for cocktails & food also.

Around Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire: Irvine Park Zoo, Leinenkugel Brewery, Shopping Centers, Autumn Harvest Winery, River Bend Winery, Apple Orchards, Eau Claire Children's Museum, Pinehurst Sledding & Ice Skating, Ice Fishing on local lakes and more.
