The property is located a 5-minute drive from the racetrack and Lake Enghien, and 15–25 minutes from the Stade de France. You’ll appreciate the location, which is close to all the amenities of downtown. The Auchan shopping center is a 1-minute walk away and accessible from the apartment: continue for 10 meters, and on your left, a small gate leads directly into the store. The covered market is a 5-minute walk away and is open on the following days (Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday). Please note: the apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. However, an ashtray, table, and chairs will be available on the porch for smokers.
