The property is located in a real estate complex called "L'Esplanade du Valentin," consisting of various buildings containing residential units, commercial premises, and an underground parking lot with a platform above it.
This complex has been subject to special surveillance in recent years due to structural defects.
As such, access to the parking lot and the platform is prohibited.
However, following conservation work and ongoing surveillance measures, the rest of the building complex remains accessible, occupiable, and usable, and regular inspection office notifications ensure the safety of the building's occupants.
