“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“excellent hotel, old but charming for that reason, super location, in front of the castle and many restaurants, pubs and shops. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff helpful and efficient. We tried dining at their restaurant and everything was amazing ”

“The room was spacious clean staff were polite informative friendly without being intrusive we were lucky enough to park in the grounds of the hotel and the approach to the hotel was magical the interior did not disappoint. Thank you all for a short but memorable stay.”
