“Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter beim Check-In, das Zimmer war für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung und soweit auch sauber, lediglich das Bett hat etwas gequietscht aber nicht dramatisch genug um wirklich nervig zu sein.
Für meinen Zweck war die Lage auch genau richtig.
Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden und würde das Hotel auch noch einmal buchen.”

“Good location just off the motorway and very near a large retail park to get supplies, grab something to eat, do some shopping. The studio room was great, plenty of space for 4 people, spacious and modern bathroom. Beds were comfortable, ability to darken the room completely helps sleeping in. Onsite parking is very convenient. Shame the car chargers don’t seem to work (same as last year). That meant a special trip to the nearby retail park, which luckily has a few chargers available. “One of the rudest front desk receptionist I’ve encountered- I went to the reception desk asking for an extra pillow and she got mad and said no-luckily her co-worker saw my expression and swooped in and said no problem ma’am…the breakfast buffet was sooo limited ans again I witnessed an employee telling a guest that they couldn’t help him with his request of two eggs cooked to his liking- there were three employees just standing around doing nothing 😳”

Unfortunately we were not able to park in the hotels own car park but were advised by staff to park just outside the hotel in a public car park, which we did but unfortunately our car was broken into in the night which was far from ideal as we had to then cut our trip short and drive home with a broken car window.”
