Experience a slice of history in this charming late 1800s home, located in the heart of the historic district. Just a block away, you'll find local restaurants and shops, making this your ideal home away from home in Ebensburg. With 2 bedrooms, this spacious duplex is perfect for a small group or family.
The first floor features a comfortable living space with a living room, bathroom, laundry room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find a lovely queen bed in one bedroom and a cozy twin bed in the other on the second floor, along with a game room for the kids. The property boasts new furniture, kitchen appliances, and carpet throughout.
First Floor
Living room- full-size couch, love seat, smart TV

Kitchen- Electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, Kuerig, hot water kettle, cookware, silverware
Downstairs bathroom- walk-in shower, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner)

Kids' playroom- small couch, games, books, space for a crib or pack n play
There is plenty of space in this duplex to bring one or two blow-up mattresses and sleep up to 5
Please be advised that the bathroom is a shower only and is located on the first floor.
The other side of the duplex is occupied. You will share a private, off-street parking space, or you may park in front of the house.
