It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 30 m² living room with dining area and two armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190), leading to a living room with TV
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) and balcony
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Living room with sofas, connected TV and balcony
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (3.5m×7m), open from early June to late September. It enjoys sunshine all day long and sun loungers are available. The pool is fully fenced and equipped with an alarm system.
- A 30 m² south-east-facing terrace (accessible from the ground-floor living room) featuring a summer kitchen with plancha.
- 300 m² enclosed, private garden

The house is ideally located in Eccica-Suarella, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
The renowned seaside resort of Porticcio, 10 minutes away, offers a wide range of leisure activities (windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving, boat hire, etc.). The mythical beaches of mare e sole and verghia await you for days of swimming and lounging. For walkers, there are numerous starting points for hikes giving access to breathtaking landscapes.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 2 vehicles).
