“The location is fabulous. The staff was super nice and attentive. The grounds very nice. We happened to stay there during low season and, understandably, the restaurant was not super well-stocked. Also, the road there (we did self-driving) is quite difficult and it's easy to get lost. That said, we enjoyed our stay here immensely”

“We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception.
