The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, and the customer service was even worse.The Room was Disgusting: The bathroom sink was heavily stained, and the floor towel provided to us had a visible brown stain on it.Filthy Appliances: Both the microwave and the refrigerator were super terrible. “Room was comfortable and clean, the hallway had an unusual odor, probably from some type of cleaning solution. The front desk lady was helpful, but overwhelmed when it got a little crowded and couldn’t handle people checking in as well as purchasing from the amenities area…. Seems like she could’ve used a back up during prime check-in time…. great amenity selection though!”

“The hotel was okay. The sheets we got were stained. You can tell it’s a little bit of an older hotel with modern updates. It wasn’t horrible it was a decent stay for the price we paid. We did not eat the breakfast because my son has nut allergies and we tend to avoid places like that.”

“I knew it was a 3 star hotel but the room was not clean. We arrived after midnight so I didn’t ask for any assistance but we had to lay towels on the bathroom floor because there was some brown dried liquid ( could have been spilled coffee) but it was on the bathroom floor so I wasn’t taking any chances. There was a huge water stain on the bathroom ceiling and the washcloth towel in the tub had gaping holes which makes me wonder if the upstairs bathroom had the same thing hence the water damage....

“The B & B was very nice and tastefully decorated. People who visit have to realize that these are old, remodeled homes and decor is based on owners tastes. The common refrigerator was always stocked with water, juice and milk. Hot water for tea was always available and there was a Keurig with a well stocked k-cup coffee basket. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it.”
