“Hotel al di sopra delle aspettative. Molto confortevole con colazione eccellente. L’unica nota negativa è stato il servizio di pulizia: non è stata pulita la camera il primo giorno e lenzuola macchiate. Sicuramente un episodio isolato.”

“Originally booked room with double beds. It was not available upon arrival. The non-smoking room was soaked in old nicotine remnant fumes. The room was infested with german roaches. The surroundings of this place reminded of L.A. streets, definitely not family friendly. We could not stay and sleep after all and did not receive any refund .The present staff did not have authority to help with satisfactory resolution. An email(as the only given option) to the owners was not answered in more then...

“Room was terrible roaches everywhere TV didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work. Staff doesn’t care no cleanliness. The health department needs to be on top of this hotel ASAP.”
