Pool the had freezing water it was cold cold! The jacuzzi was also so cold , I asked the front desk if it didn’t had heated water and they said it was not working, sad thing because I chooched this hotel so my kids could had fun in the pool but , the fun didn’t last long because the water never got ...

Al reservar decía que había desayuno buffet pero no va incluido al llegar te dicen que lo tienes que pagar, no sé si es error de la página o del hotel, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear

Room had no refrigerator or microwave. People were entering in and out through the night. People were taking loud and disturbing my sleep!!!!
