Amenities include Keurig coffee maker and cups, smart TVs, wifi, 2 balconies, gas fireplace, ski storage locker, snow sledding discs, free use of outdoor pool during summer months, hot tub (year-round), exercise room, frisbee golf, sand volleyball court, local trails and family BBQ areas.


Sleeping areas include 1 king bed with a brand-new mattress, 1 queen bed, a hide a bed for 2, and a futon that could sleep one.

This 2-level end unit condo enters from the second floor. Steps away from the free shuttle to Powder Mountain. Ther is a Ski storage locker is available in the hallway. The hot tub and pool area is kitty-corner from the condo entrance. Parking in front of the condo. Trailer parking is located along the main county road or in the cul-de-sacs at the bottom of Fox Run or Lakeview Drive with prior approval.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Available spices and food basics vary depending on usage. Bedlinen, towels and soaps are all included.
