Questa casa di 5400 piedi quadrati è finita alla perfezione. Il piano principale comprende una grande camera familiare con camino a gas in pietra, ampia sala da pranzo e lavanderia. Cucina con gamma di gas è completamente arredata con tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario. Il piano principale vanta anche una bella suite padronale e una zona bagno con letto king size, cabina armadio, TV e incredibili viste sulla valle. Seconda camera da letto fuori zona cucina con letto matrimoniale, bagno completo e TV. Splendida coperta coperta con barbecue a gas, un sacco di posti a sedere e vista a bussare i calzini.

Al piano superiore troverete due deliziose camere da letto con letti queen size, 2 bagni, ampia e lussuosa camera familiare con TV, zona ufficio con scrivania e stampante e una divertente sala giochi per bambini con giochi e giochi in abbondanza.
Il seminterrato comprende un'enorme camera familiare con tavolo da gioco, comodo divano avvolgente e TV a grande schermo. La prima camera da letto ha quattro letti a castello, la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale completo e la terza camera da letto ha una camera da letto matrimoniale e cabina armadio. Le camere da letto con cabina armadio hanno giochi e presepe per i più piccoli. Un bagno completo e walkout per splendido patio e vasca idromassaggio. Meglio di tutti, tutti amano la nostra enorme sala da gioco che ospita il biliardo, l'air hockey, il tavolo da ping pong e i palloni da basket hot shot.
Trappers Ridge è una comunità pianificata di case unifamiliari con piscina, area idromassaggio e club house con area fitness. Un campo da tennis e da basket sono proprio di fronte alla piscina e alla vasca idromassaggio.
Trappers Ridge si trova nell'area di Eden Creek Resort di Eden, nello Utah. Dieci minuti per Powder Mountain e Nordic Valley Ski Resorts, 20 minuti per Snow Basin Resort, 5 minuti per Wolf Creek Golf Course e 10 minuti per Pine View Lake per canottaggio, pesca e divertimento in famiglia. Sentieri per escursioni e passeggiate ovunque guardi

We come to Eden as a annual family retreat. We have stayed at this house before and we love is. It is very spacious with its 3 family gathering areas and 2 fun game rooms. The bedrooms are nice size rooms. This house is pretty well stocked. We will stay here again. Nice and clean and the Host is very wonderful to work with. Thank you!

Excellent Property

This house was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It was also fully equipped with toiletries, paper goods, soaps for bathrooms and all appliances, and all the cooking supplies we ever needed. It has a nice toy room for little ones and a fantastic game room with air hockey, pool, pingpong, foosball, and basketball that we all enjoyed. We had a fabulous stay there and would definitely book it again.

Great Nephews Wedding Atop Snow Basin

This was a magical trip for so many reasons. So many families traveled to Eden for this occasion. Coupled with Spring Break and lots of snow it was perfect. This home is just TOP NOTCH! So much room, great views, ideal location and completely stocked. I love that you have consideration for not wasting unused items and that they are donated. The checkin and out is streamlined and so smooth. We had never visited Utah before but will most definitely return. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Great memories were made. .

Great ski vacation

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Hot Tub was a major bonus! Kids sledded in the back yard. Weather was nice enough to enjoy the lovely deck. Would love to stay again.

Christmas Getaway

Room for everyone to be able to have their own space as well as large gathering spaces for us to get together. The game room was a big hit. All generations had fun. The kitchen had all the items we need to make our family meals. Over all it was a great time away!

Garden of Eden

The weather was lovely, the views spectacular, the house was even better than the pictures. We were there an entire week and experienced it ALL. Two whole days at the lake renting jet skis, a trip to Lagoon for rides and water slides, Carver petting zoo where we got to bottle feed baby goats and a lamb and a fun shaded hike to an amazing waterfall. We cooked wonderful food from the nearby Valley Market in the well stocked kitchen and ate great food at Don Pollo, Mad Moose Cafe, and Ogden Pizza. We even found yard art for sale and a yard sale where we met some interesting locals. The best part was being in a place large enough that we all had our own bedrooms and had a place to hang out together to talk and play games into the wee hours. Our trip was a ten out of ten!!

Comfort with a million dollar view

Spacious well-furnished and equipped home . Fabulous view. Did most of our cooking on the gas grill though kitchen was well stocked. Open living room, dining area and kitchen made for great group gathering of friends and family.,. 15 minutes to Powder Mountain ski area. We'd love to stay there again next year.

Nice Facility for a Family

Our family of 10 adults enjoyed being together in this home. There were multiple gathering places where we could enjoy interacting with each other. We especially enjoyed the large dining table, and the comfortable seating in the living room and upstairs sitting room. The large TV area in the basement with comfortable seating was a great place to be together. And the views were fantastic! We were disappointed in the kitchen arrangement. The space was minimal and resulted in a lot of shifting of bodies to accommodate multiple taskmasters at the same time. The double ovens in the stove did not work well. The large one over heated and burned everything that we put into it. The smaller oven did not heat well and was more of a warming oven. We had need for six of the seven bedrooms for adult use. One of the bedrooms we had to use in the basement was furnished as a child's room and the bed did not have a good mattress, and was so uncomfortable that it did not allow for a good night's sleep. Very disappointing. This would be a great home for a family with children as there is a child's playroom and an additional game room for older family members. Additionally, there is plenty of grassy area for outdoor games. We enjoyed working with Dayna who was very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful home and amazing view. No light pollution so you are able to enjoy the stars. Home is well stocked with supplies. Market a few miles away is convenient. Walking trails. Golf. Had a nice holiday with our family.

Family Gathering

The VRBO was perfect. Plenty of room for our growing family. We loved the hot tub and the close walk to the community pool. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Eden and surrounding areas. It was a 5 star stay. Very clean and beautiful.

Fun Family Destination

Great family vacation home! We had so much fun at the lake, in town and even took in a professional rodeo in Ogden. Enjoyed the community pool, pickle ball and breakfast on the deck. Kitchen was big enough for a family team baking competition! Kids enjoyed the designated game room. The community grocery store was well stocked and close by. Saw a deer, a herd(?) of wild turkeys, hot air balloon. Stars galore at night. Dayna (owner) was very prompt and helpful upon returning my many questions before our arrival and upon arrival. Many great memories were made in our 5 night stay!
