The Space:

Downstairs: three more bedrooms (two queens sharing a bath; a second master suite with deck access), all with plush bedding and blackout shades. Then the game room: movie projector, massage chair, poker table, kids' play area. Private hot tub and gas fire pit outside; EV charger in the garage.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire 3,500 sq ft home — kitchen, living areas, game room, and outdoor spaces. Backyard wildlife spotting is a real thing here (deer at dawn and dusk). Winter brings cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling nearby plus stargazing at North Fork Park; summer brings Pineview water sports, trails for biking, hiking, and running, and golf.



The Neighborhood:

The Bridges in Eden — quiet streets with the valley spread out below. Hiking trails and ski resorts are close, and the lake is an easy drive. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Snowbasin about 20, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Nordic Valley about 10; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, with free parking at the house. The winter ski shuttle to Powder Mountain stops at the community entrance. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage.
