    I employ a professional cleaner and I share the cost of the cleaning to provide a living wage.

    Pet Policy:
    I love dogs and welcome respectful, well-behaved dogs. A $99 flat fee is incorporated into your booking total when you include your dogs at the time of booking. Maximum of 2 dogs and no weight limit! (Sorry, no cats.)

    If you forget to include your dogs at the time of booking, just inform me before check in day and I'll send the pet fee request to keep you in compliance.

    Please treat the space with respect and care and:
    - Pickup after & dispose bags in outdoor trash
    - Leash whenever not in the house or fenced yard
    - Keep dogs off of furniture & beds
    - Use the provided gray towel for drying wet dogs & paws.
    - The back yard is fully fenced, but please don’t leave dogs outside alone
    - If you know your dog suffers from separation anxiety, please don’t leave them alone in the house
    - If your dog is accustomed to a crate, please bring it along for your stay
    - Inform your host of any damage asap so we can work with you on replacement or repair

We enjoyed our stay here! Nicole, the host is the best! She was very quick and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend and book at this location again! Very close to dowtown and all nearby coffee shops and diners.

This cute house and cottage had everything we needed and more! Superhost status for Nicole is well deserved. She responded quickly to questions and provided good info in her property guide. It is obvious she has put lots of thought and effort to make guests stay wonderful. Cute, clean, great fenced yard, good location for downtown sightseeing. Best VRBO host ever!

This sweet home was even better than expected from the photos. Many thoughtful details and fresh, bright furnishings in every space made it a delight to stay in while in Edenton for a few days. The special antiques everywhere in the rooms made for a unique and interesting vibe. We were close enough to downtown to walk if we wanted, and there was plenty of streets to explore all the historic homes and buildings nearby. Will definitely stay here again when we return!

We enjoyed staying in Nicole’s lovely home. The house is conveniently located a stone’s throw from downtown Edenton. Her restoration of this historical property was thoughtfully done and balanced modern conveniences with historical charm. Nicole was a great host.

A Gem! This property has character and intentionality everywhere. I was so impressed with the details and the comfort the space offered. Such a short walk to the downtown; the Saturday Farmer’s Market is on the same block! Nichole checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed. I loved staying here!

Family vacation

This house is conveniently located close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house is stocked with pretty much anything you would need and has a beautiful outdoor area. Definitely will stay there again when going back to Edenton!
