Splendida casa di lusso con vista sul torrente nel cuore del centro storico

Situato sulla prestigiosa Water St. con vista sulla bellissima Queen Anne Creek, questa casa di nuova concezione soddisferà sicuramente i gusti più esigenti. L'interior designer di fama internazionale David Stevenson non ha lasciato alcun dettaglio incustodito. Una grande e accogliente veranda con doppie porte distintive si apre in un ampio soggiorno con soffitto rialzato completo di tv a grande schermo e camino. L'ultra moderno mangiare in cucina presenta un'enorme isola con frigo, armadi su misura, elettrodomestici di alta gamma e ripiani in granito lucido. Le finestre da parete a parete delineano la "sala del torrente" con la più affascinante sala da pranzo shabby chic a un'estremità e una comoda area salotto e conversazione imbottita di vimini imbottita e imbottita all'altra estremità. Le doppie porte conducono a un patio privato sul retro di questa casa. Tre camere da letto e tre magnifici bagni di design fanno apparire ciascuno una personalità propria. Una lavanderia con nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice a caricamento frontale si nasconde dietro le porte scorrevoli in stile fienile di fronte all'area ufficio. Questa casa ha quattro televisori, trattamenti personalizzati per le finestre, illuminazione di sicurezza, un sistema di sicurezza, wi-fi ed è una passeggiata pittoresca vicino ai famosi siti storici, negozi e ristoranti di Edenton.

Awesome property and host!

Edenton was a beautiful and quaint town. It had the friendliest people! The Creek House was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries and when we had lights go out in 2 of the bathrooms, he personally came over to resolve the issue. Highly recommend The Creek House!

Birthday weekend was perfect!

I surprised our dad with a weekend getaway with family. Everyone loved the house and the neighborhood! Our dad repeatedly brought up how beautiful this home is, and how this (his 75th) was "by far" his best birthday ever. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with lovely homes. And the walk between the house and downtown is along the scenic waterfront. This walk to shops, restaurants, the lighthouse, etc. is an easy stroll. Perfect stay. We'll be back! :)

Wonderful House

We had a lovely stay. The house is so nicely decorated and has all the amenities needed for our family of five adults. Plenty of linens, cooking supplies and enough space for everyone. Everything is comfortable, clean and beautifully done. We specifically loved the sun room off the dining room, it was very hot outside so we hung out catching up on the air conditioned sun! We plan to book again when we meet up with family in the area. Highly recommend. Thank you for hosting!

Amazing

This is the best VRBO/[competitor I'm apparently not allowed to name in a review] experience we've ever had. The house was immaculate; if anything, the photos didn't do it justice. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We don't have any immediate reason to return to Edenton, but we would come back just to stay in this house again.

The Best!

While I live in Edenton, I booked this house for my daughters wedding weekend. The bridesmaids stayed there and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for wedding photos and first looks with dad. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

As the title states, this home is beautiful and so well appointed. The kitchen provided extra items for morning coffee, the bathrooms were spacious, the bedrooms so comfortable. Judy is a conscientious hostess and offered more hospitality than expected. Thank you, Judy!

We had a weekend stay in this lovely house. It is located in a prime location in historic Edenton, close to the water, and a nice 2 block walk to downtown. The inside is beautifully furnished and has high end finishes in the kitchen, bathrooms and throughout the house. We highly recommend this place, our only regret was not getting to stay longer

AMAZING

We were in Edenton for our son's wedding and I could not have asked for a more beautiful, elegant place to stay. We were greeted by a wonderful tray of sweet rolls, as well as fruit and bagels! Also the sweetest note to welcome us to Edenton AND a little basket of goodies for the Bride with a sweet note. Five stars is NOT enough for this beautiful place. 5++++++++++ The neighborhood was amazing and drinking coffee on the front porch was so very nice. We have decided that we will be booking a trip to just relax and not be in such a rush to see this beautiful place and we will Definitely be staying here again. Beautiful Home, Walkability to Town, Great Hosts!

We could not have asked for a better place to accommodate our group. We were in town for a wedding and we could walk to waterfront and venue from the house. Lots of room to spread out and gather. Hosts were very responsive and inviting. I look forward to visiting again.

Charming, Quaint & Perfect Location!

My husband and I decided to come to Edenton on a whim and stumbled across this gem of a home. We were so excited when we arrived! We pulled up to the house and all of the lights were on welcoming us before we had even stepped inside. The home is so charming and clean - just what we were looking for. The location is perfect - we walked from the house to the local coffee shop, then to the farmers market, strolled around downtown, saw some amazing historical homes and munched on some delicious dinner. The only thing I'll say was the water filter on the refrigerator doesn't work and like any coastal town, the tap water does have a funky taste to it. We just bought some bottled water - easy fix!

4th of July at the Creek House

Elegantly appointed and decorated. In the historic district with a water view. Host was lovely and extremely responsive. The hospitality was second to none. Quiet neighborhood within short walk to downtown activities and dining. As a long-time, frequent visitor to Edenton, I can assure you that you won’t find a better rental.

Beautiful Edenton

We had a fantastic time at the Creek House recently. The house was located in a perfect spot for wandering around Edenton on foot and was well-appointed with everything we could’ve needed. We travel a lot but this place felt like actually being at home. My favorite part was the front porch- -sipping morning coffee or evening drinks, meeting people strolling by (you can choose more privacy on the back deck). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved that there were a number of different sitting areas in the house for reading or visiting. We will be back!

Most beautiful rental in Edenton

The stay was amazing. First the pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s way better in person. The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were really nice and hospitable. The house is right off the water and the view from the dock is one to behold. All the shops are in walking distance. This was the perfect place to be if you’re in Edenton.

Perfect house with a downtown location near the water and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not that you need to go out. This house has everything you need! You can tell the hosts know what they are doing!

Amazing Home In A Beautiful Town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the creek house. The location is within walking distance to the historic district, shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The Hosts..Judy and Buddy made us feel very welcome and quickly answered any questions we had. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are luxurious. The home’s interior is straight out of Southern Living magazine. This is one time I can say “The pictures do not do The Creek House justice!” We will be back!
