“Cozy inn. Very comfortable bed. Bath is very nice wit double sinks and deep tub. Bedroom is very small but it has a small fridge and a sofa. Our bathroom not negative is that it’s hard to find even after being there a few days. The sign and driveway are tucked into foliage and the street traffic is moving along and you must come to a dead stop. Even so I would stay here again. The innkeeper was lovely and very helpful and accommodating!”

“Had a wonderful stay in Martha's Vineyard at the Franklin Hotel! We were fortunate enough to be able to book the back cottage, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was a free standing building behind the main building that was tastefully decorated both inside and out. The whole complex had lovely landscaping and appeared to be well maintained, although we did have a small issue securing the back door lock after stepping out onto the tiny back porch area of the cottage.
