“Great location, gorgeous building and rooms were very pretty. Had issues closing the bathroom door because it kept getting stuck in the frame which makes sense in an old house but wish it was something that was taken care of. Service at front desk was lukewarm and not very welcoming. ”

“The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel.”

No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? “We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

“The rooms were very clean.Staff were very nice especially Eric. Housekeeping never showed up to make up room when requested but everythng else was fine. Great spot surrounded by everything you would need or want!”
