Fresh and Bright Newly Remodeled House near everything Fun!

Escape and enjoy a relaxing vacation in our newly renovated, pet-friendly vacation rental house near New Smyrna Beach. This fully remodeled three-bedroom, one-bathroom house boasts a near-constant breeze off the Intracoastal Waterway and is just a short walk away from historic Riverview Drive. With plenty of windows and light, our house provides a bright and airy atmosphere for you and up to six guests to enjoy.

Our property offers a fully fenced-in backyard and parking for boats under 21ft, making it the perfect getaway for water enthusiasts. The house is located close to everything the New Smyrna Beach area has to offer, without the crowds. Here are some of the nearby attractions and distances:
• Historical Downtown New Smyrna Beach: 2 Miles
• New Smyrna Drive-On Beach: 4.2 Miles
• Menard-May Park and Beach (kayaking, small boat launch, etc.): 1 Mile
• Edgewater Public Boat Launch: 0.8 Miles
• Riverview Park and walking trail: 600 ft
• Orlando: 1 Hour Drive
• Daytona Beach: 20 Minute Drive

Our property was completely refurbished in 2022 and 2023 with new appliances, windows, HVAC unit, roof, flooring, paint, landscape plants, and furniture. Additionally, we offer outdoor spaces, a BBQ grill, WiFi, and all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We welcome up to two well-behaved pets per stay and have specific rules and restrictions to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. We would love to host you and provide a wonderful place to stay while you visit the beautiful Fun Coast of Florida. Book your stay with us today!

This place was exactly as described. Better than expected for the price as well. Neighborhood was typical residential local, not tourist trap with a bunch of upscale junk. Very comfortable and made you feel like a local, not a visitor.

It was clean, but it stands in need of leveling out the floor. The laminate is chipping and cracking due to the floor being so uneven. The Front porch needs the decking to be replaced, it has a number of very weak and water damaged boards. The back door threshold is the same way. Ron, the manager was nice and helped us out one day when the city shut off our water. We were able to get it turned back on within an hour. And the a/c, looked like a new unit, but it does not act like it is large enough. By that I mean from about 11 am to about 9 pm it would not go below 79, although it was set on 74, the whole time we were there, which made it uncomfortable to be inside.

Perfect for us!

The house was cute and clean. Our children loved the Açaí joint right beside the house. They went every day. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. House was well decorated. Wish it had just 1 more bathroom but it managed to work w our adult children. The extra room was great. My daughter could have space to put on her makeup. One of our best family vacations. We’ll be back.

House is a minute walk to the river walk way

The house is lovely inside with 3 huge bedrooms. Two beds were so comfortable to me and one was firm so it’s accommodating for many. The fenced backyard was great for dogs. The updated kitchen is clean and loaded with many items if needed like spices and cookware. Three big tvs in all rooms. The AC worked well. The correspondence was easy and access was super easy. I loved that I could walk my dog to the river walk in two minutes. Will book again!

Will be back!

We loved our stay! Very clean place feels like home. I was able to walk along the Intracoastal Water Way and felt safe. The people are friendly. We ate at Panheads Pizzeria, Mermaid Cafe, Norwoods Treehouse, Little Griddle, and General Public House. We received amazing service and food at all the restaurants. We received fabulous communication before and during our stay with the hosts! It was an easy check in and out process. Thank you all for everything!

Perfect stay!

This was a great space to stay in while we visited family. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The only feedback would be that there didn’t seem to be a place to put groceries in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommend It!!

We absolutely loved the house and location. Especially not knowing anything about Edgewater. The house was immaculate. Everything we needed was provided. We loved taking the dogs for a walk along the Indian River. The beach was only 12 minutes away. Will definitly stay there again in the future.

Wonderful cottage

We loved this cottage. The beds were big and comfortable, it was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor spaces with a fire pit and large table. The manager was very accommodating. The only caveat - there are lots of decoration glass pieces throughout the house. We had to store them in closets to prevent small children from breaking them. Overall this was a super nice and comfortable house.

Great PLACE!

We were there to ride motorcycles and this spot was perfect. We were close enough to check out all that Daytona had to offer but far enough from there we were able to enjoy chill, relaxing evenings at the house after a day of riding. Parking was ideal for the truck, trailer and bikes. Exactly what we were looking for and we'd definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Comfy,Clean and Cozzy

If there were such a thing as a 7 star rating , that's exactly what I would rate Fresh and Bright. Everything was perfect. Privacy fence so you can enjoy the back yard. Plenty of room to park . The home is fully equipped with all that's needed for an excellent stay. The neighbors are pleasant and it's close to New Smyrna beach. Fresh and Bright is very clean and well kept. Only down side was we had to leave.

Great New Smyrna/Edgewater home

It was a great house that exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and homey. Great location for anything in the area. It was excellently stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils and all the little things like detergent, ziploc bags, toiletries that just nice to have when you travel especially when you forget something. Ron was a great host and very easy to communicate with. This house has my highest recommendation whether your staying for a day or week plus especially for the price.
