Welcome to this brand-new relaxing home with a private pier by the water for your getaway. It is perfect for vacations, retreats, meetings, and BUSINESS travelers! Create lifelong memories and beautiful experiences while you enjoy a 4500' home party or event.
House has three floors.
Low level one bedroom, game room, bar, Ping pond stable.
First-floor one-bedroom, one full bathroom, one haft bath, dining room, office, family room, breakfast room, and kitchen.
The second floor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Three queen beds and three king beds.
Backyard deck, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, pier, five kayaks, crabbing, and fishing.

We had such an amazing and relaxing stay at this beautiful property. There was something for everyone. Great fishing off the pier for the boys, a fantastic game room for the kiddos and tons of space to relax and a fully stocked kitchen to cook in for the rest of us. The owners were very responsive and communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

Visiting the area for a family reunion

We’ve been to this area multiple times. This time for a family reunion (not at this house). Location is great. Nice property. House has 6 legit bedrooms. Great for multiple family members or couples. Kitchen was excellent. We found ourselves up and out every day. But between the game room downstairs, the dock and kayaks there is plenty to do at this house. Would definitely stay again if I needed the six bedrooms. The owner was in regular contact. We had no issues but I felt confident that any problem would have been resolved quickly.

Great home and host!

Great hike with plenty of room for large family. John has added a fire pit and chairs to deck, which is a nice touch. Propane tanks filled and available. John is a very responsive host and took care of any issue we had. The neighborhood HOA very sensitive to street parking but plenty of parking at property. Was perfect for commissioning week.

Beautiful home!

This is a large, well appointed, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It has 6 large bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It also has a large kitchen, living room, and dining room with plenty of cooking and dining supplies. The back porch has lots of furniture and a nice grill.

Beautiful and spacious house

We chose this spectacular house for our 55th USNA reunion as a place to gather with classmates during the reunion. We never felt crowded and enjoyed entertaining our classmates. John is a great host and answered any questions we had right away. If we make it to the 60th, we will call John!

Lovely Waterfront Rental For Our Family Vacay

This home accommodated our multigenerational family of 12 perfectly. The well stocked kitchen was spacious and allowed for multiple people to do either meal prep, eat or cook simultaneously. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby too. Annapolis is an easy 30 minutes away. One evening we inexplicably lost water pressure, but John was a text away and he showed up the next morning and took care of it. He was attentive and a pleasure to rent from. Thank you, John, for a fabulous week!

Wonderful for a family gathering of 11

The bedrooms and baths and lounging spaces were more than adequate for our family. The kitchen easily accommodated several cooks. The cookware could have included a few smaller items as there was tons of storage space. We enjoyed the swing under the deck and the lower fire pit.

Great for large family gatherings

Overall, this property was the perfect spot for our family reunion. The large covered porch made hanging outside such a joy. The private dock, canoe & kayaks were a huge hit & the kids loved the water. A close, easy drive to Annapolis & the liquor store isn’t far. An Uber to downtown was about $60 in the evening. The neighborhood is nice & quiet, & the public dock is nice to walk down to & sit on at night. A few things to note (which are not criticisms) 1: the water is tidal & during low tide, is VERY shallow & muddy 2: the futons will only sleep small children, not teens. They’re advertised as “doubles” but aren’t, & there is no bedding for them, in fact, there is no extra bedding at all. If you plan on using them, bring bedding for them. 3: bring extra towels if you plan on swimming 4: parking is TIGHT & awkward. If you’re driving large vehicles, they’re difficult to park if there are going to be multiple vehicles there. 5: you can park in the garage, it’s really nice! 6: bring outside chairs if you plan on having a large group 7: bring your own cooking oil/spices/coffee 8: there is one refrigerator. It’s a good size but we had 48 people & ate several cooked meals there. We used coolers for any over flow. 9: the kitchen is well-stocked 10: the beds are AMAZING 11: there’s a sauna downstairs! 12: the downstairs hosts a plethora of indoor activities. The kids LOVED it, and the couches will sleep several adults, if needed. Highly recommend!

Family Time

Perfect property for all of us to gather and enjoy (13 adults).The lower level has a ping pong and foosball table that brought the younger adults together. The main living level has a huge kitchen and family room which accommodated all of us comfortably. Watching football games on the large TV was a bonus. The property is nestled in a quiet area and backs to the water providing tranquility even in the January weather. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay to celebrate New Years with family and friends!

The property was just as described. Large home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Large kitchen and huge dining room made it easy to feed our 6 adults and five children. Outdoor spaces including dock and fire pit looked like fun, but the weather didn’t cooperate for us to be able to use those features (December). Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby were great at keeping us stocked up too. Huge TV in the main living area was perfect for watching football while cooking holiday meals! Excellent stay, we all had a great time!

Amazing Experience

This house is great, the host is very nice and we will be back. This was the perfect trip. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 on the top floor, 2 of them share a jack n jill bathroom, one on the main floor and one in the basement. Each of my 4 kids had their own room and my oldest was able to take the jack n jill with his kids. The kitchen has service for 20ish, and we sat 15 at the dining room table and it was so nice to decompress after dinner by the fire. One of my nephews even took a kayak out before dinner. Thank you John for making thanksgiving an enjoyable holiday with my crazy family. My mom was so appreciative to not have to host and i was happy to be able to provide the space for my siblings and their families. I highly recommend this house if you are coming to visit Annapolis, its close to everything and the city of Edgewater is historic and adorable.

Perfect setting

Six fraternity brothers have been getting together for a long weekend for 20 years to catch up, eat great food, sightsee and watch sports. This was a great venue for us: lots of space, six bedrooms, big-screen TV, and close to Annapolis and great restaurants The days with nice weather we were able to sit on the dock by the water a great weekend Our host was responsive to our questions from the time we booked through our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful house in a great location.

Columbus Day 2023

This is an absolutely fabulous place!! We had a group of 11 family members (all over 50). 6 bedrooms & 5.5 baths were perfect to accomodate all of us. Great location, comfortable furniture & beds, very responsive host (replied quickly to all inquiries), two firepits (propane & wood burning .. both provided), VERY well equipped kitchen, plenty of shopping nearby for last minute items, quiet neighborhood, parking available for 6 vehicles. Definitely highly recommended!! One minor suggestion ... please add safety bars in at least one shower (prefferably the one on the main level).

Great getaway!

This house was exactly as advertised. We had 5 adults and 6 kids ranging from 4-15 and there was something for everyone. The house as stocked with basics supplies upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and the ping pong table. Had a little issue with the fridge that was addressed right away. Communication with the owner was prompt and all positive. Would highly recommend to any large group. Thanks for a great stay!!

Spacious & nice

This house was perfect for our group. The house has plenty of living space, along with adequate seating at the dining room table. Our only issue was the 6th bedroom was in the basement with no closet or hanging space. All beds were comfortable. Any minor issues were immediately resolved by John, the manager. He responded immediately. Although we did not get to use the deck or dock due to weather, we did see several kayaks and a firepit down at the dock. Great house about 20 minute drive from Annapolis.

Superb multi-member family retreat near Naval Academy

Our family and wedding party guests truly enjoyed this well-appointed home tucked into the woods beside a Tributary off the South River near Annapolis in Edgewater. We booked almost a year in advance to secure a home with the amenities we needed for a Bridal party to prepare for 4 days of festivities. We needed to utilize space for make-up and hair for 5 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, Mothers of the Bride and Groom, accommodations for 12 family/friend members attending the wedding, and ample parking. This home included all of the above with a boat dock, kayaks and a bicycle upright seated kayak. We even utilized the Tesla charger in the garage. The owner was easy to reach. The home was in excellent condition. The family and friends especially the full basement with entertainment center, video game console, foos ball table and ping pong. The Bride and Groom utilized the private suite with Super bathroom and private deck. Wedding gowns and Bridesmaid dresses were kept neatly in the Master Bedroom walk-in closet with multiple shelves. Our chef prepared fabulous meals in the spacious kitchen for our house members and guests. If you're looking for a quiet setting with beautifully detailed accommodations, look no further than this property. 5 Stars seems just too few!
