“Nice place with great service.”

“This place was horrible. Bathroom had leaks, refrigerator leaked all over the floor and then shut off. I paid for a balcony and there wasnt a balcony to be had, the bed was very squeaky, every time you moved a muscle my husband was wide awake, the door had a gap that bugs could get in. The shower door would not stay closed. The floor was sqishy. The only thing that worked well was the air conditioner. Breakfast was cold cereal and toast. Im not trusting expedia again.”

“The property is very nice, the staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean, the AC was working perfectly. The only thing is that the outside of the facility is dirty and is not well maintained.the appearance it gives the impression that the facility is not clean.”

“Camera molto rumorosa e molto piccola. Il condizionatore rumorosissimo e neanche lo spazio per aprire la valigia. Tende a vetro non oscuranti…davvero difficile riposare”

“The staff was great. Room walls are VERY VERY thin, neighbors next to me were making lots of noise late at night & early morning (adult things). Hotel is not responsible for these personal things that go on BUT the walls are thin and thankfully my child wasn't with me because they would've heard it from me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are staying with kids or you need to double check if you have neighbors next to you. Hotel was clean and staff again were great.”

“This property is terrible. It does not adhere to the standards that we are accustomed to from Best Western. This is an older hotel that was rebranded without being remodeled. Not only was it loud, but it was poorly lit, parking was terrible, and it was FILTHY. The carpet was sticky by the Room Door and the Bathroom Door. The bathroom did not smell clean. and the beds were in need of replacement. As if this were not bad enough, the manager was no where to be found and I was unable to make...

“The room was just adequate. Nothing special. The cleaning between days was non existent- they took used towels, but did not make the bed, leave new towels, replace coffee or cups. Staff was moderately helpful, but not up to expected hotel standards. This hostelry can be compared to a low end Motel 6.”

“L’alloggio in questo hotel non è mai avvenuto perché, una volta recatomi nella struttura per il check-in, alla reception mi hanno informato che la mia camera non era più disponibile in quanto l’hotel era in overbooking ed era già stata occupata da altri. Hanno cercato di assegnarmi presso alcuni hotel vicini (ne hanno chiamati solo 4) e l’unico che gli ha dato disponibilità e che mi hanno quindi proposto era un motel di categoria molto più inferiore mettendomi di fronte alla scelta se accettare...
