“We've just had an overnight stay & we'll definitely be back, we stayed in the kingsize deluxe room & it was so spacious and comfortable the bed was so comfy & the shower was amazing with a built-in steam & sauna. Everywhere was spotless clean had tea snd coffee amenities with small fridge was self service to check in which was so easy 10 minutes walking distance to the town”

“Excellent location, 5 mins from Theatre and Riverside with bus stop across the road. Had an evening meal which was lovely and the staff and service couldn't find fault with at all. I had a small single so well priced for a Fri night. Would definitely return”

At first we wondered what we had come to as there was a urine smell at the bottom of the stairwell, but maybe this was pervading from outside as the door is not a well fitting one, because as we further ascended the smell went, and once in our room it was fine. Very clean. Comfy bed. Think there must be a problem with the plumbing though as the hot tap water wasn’t just hot it was scorching - very dangerous - and the cold tap ran warm, not cold. “Shower was awful,couldnt get it to a comfortable temperature,it was either freezing cold or scalding hot,also bin hadnt been emptied there was an empty meal container still in there,besides that room was ok,beware of low ceiling if u r tall”
