“We had a lovely stay here. All the staff are great and the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. There is a large car park so that is easy. ”

“We stayed in the family room.The mattress on the bunkbeds were a little uncomfortable, but the room was lovely. Very clean and bright, and we were supplied with fresh towels, bottles of water, biscuits and tea, coffee and hot chocolate everyay. There is a good selection of food served and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of things to do close by. I would recommended The Shakespear Inn.”

“The room was spotless and they let us book in early. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were slightly disappointed when we tried to order a sandwich for lunch and were told there would be a 2 hour wait as they had 2 parties to cater for but we understood. ”

“This hotel has been going for a refurbishment recently But it is still nice and clean. I’m sure what to refer it meant is completed it be even better they could do with a fridge and maybe a microwave in the room and also a hairdryer.”

“The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. Check in was much better when the hotel reception was separate to the bar area. Also upon arrival to the room, the door was wide open. This...
