“The hotel is in a perfect location, really close to the park, river, shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was also lovely with an amazing outdoor space and breakfast had a good choice of food and catered well for dietary requirements. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, although the sofa bed was a bit battered. The only real complaint was the noise from the air con unit in the room which was very loud and rattled, but everything else about...

“The hotel is fine, the bed is comfortable, they have a nice outdoor area, breakfast and wifi connection are decent, iron and iron board are provided in the corridor for anyone to take to their room, I appreciated the coffee and the biscuits in the room, so all in all, for my travelling style, I would come back again Having said that I must point out the aspect needing improvement as I heard other customers being set off by those 1st and most annoying, the absence of anyone in the hotel....

“Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”

“Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!”

“Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. The only thing missing was shampoo, which is not a big deal but would be helpful for overseas travelers who haven’t brought things like that because of liquid restrictions on flights, or are traveling light. But the room was very nice overall. ”
