“Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great”

“Its in a beautiful area, on the Mosel. In a residential street, with parking for about 12 cars near the hotel. (We had to park 10 min walk away in another property's garden) A tad expensive for what it is, but you do get a good breakfast, and access to the pool which is a bonus. The property looks like its been recently modernised, however i was surprised to find there was no AC in the room and the most useless TV remote i have ever encountered.”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tolles Hotel! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel sauber und modern. Besonders cool fanden wir den digitalen Check-in und dass man die Hoteltür einfach per App öffnen und schließen kann , sehr praktisch und innovativ. Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück war richtig gut und abwechslungsreich. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Parkmöglichkeit außerhalb des Hotels war sehr umständlich, mit dem Auto ca. 9 Minuten, zu...

“Goede locatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeerplek op ongeveer 500m voor €10 was top. Helaas geen airco in de kamer (maar wel in de lobby). Hierdoor in de zomer wel erg warm op de kamer. Wel kregen we een kleine ventilator.”

“Het was een schone kamer en hotel. Ontbijt was ook goed. Niet veel keuze maar wat ze hebben is goed en verzorgd. Wij hebben een fijne tijd en verblijf gehad. Als je van luxe houd zal dit niet je favoriete plek zijn maar wanneer je een eenvoudige schoon en goed hotel zoekt is dit echt een top locatie.”

“Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.”
