“Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.”

“The hotel overall was just okay. The rooms seemed a little dated while the lobby and exterior seemed newish. I requested Early check in and was told they were full the night before so to come at regular check in time. I arrived at 5 pm and the was told the room wasn’t ready, the woman at the front desk was new and having issues with the system. “Clean and smelled fresh. Amazing pancakes, coffee was mid but fine. Eggs and sausage and breads, yogurt available, chocolate milk for rhe kiddos. Friendly staff, workout space and pool. Great place for the price!”

“Outdated hotel. Had a king size with only one side table. TV remote was pretty much unusable. Jet tub near the bed. Could not open the curtains. View was to the glass ceiling of a conference room. Room description was king size but the bed felt like a queen. Tag on sheets said queen.”

“This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.”
