The parking for Morrison street is located at our headquarters which is a 3 minute walk away from the Morrison property. Unfortunately due to it's prime location we are unable to provide parking directly on-site. I hope that you enjoyed your stay regardless.

Thank you for your feedback Graham, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are aware of the current issues with noise from the train line and we investigating ways of limiting this as much as possible - the noise does not happen at all times. If we had been aware that it was ongoing during your stay we would have happily tried to move you to another apartment, but I regret that this was not an option. We have other properties throughout the city which might be more to your liking. Should you ever be looking to visit Edinburgh again please get in touch beforehand and we will see what we can do for you. I hope that you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh regardless.

Ben, as discussed with our Operations Manager Stephen we were not given the opportunity to investigate your boiler at the time of the issue. Upon later investigation, our Maintenance Operative reported that the hot water was working in the apartment. We would never wish to suggest that you were 'fabricating' an issue in your apartment, and regret that you did not report any potential issues to us immediately so we could have investigated at the time.
