Ottimo per giovani, centralissimo,pulito.Staff gentilissimo anche alle 2 di notte...Disponibili a risolvere ogni richiesta. Il soppalco con il letto ,molto bello, aveva una scala molto ripida non adatta a persone anziane.Però era l' unica problema. CONSIGLIATO!!

Appartamento carino e funzionale.
Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento molto carino e funzionale, era presente tutto ciò che era necessario per confezionarsi i pasti. Unica pecca, sul pianerottolo del piano (terzo), nei pressi dell'ascensore hanno lasciato i sacchi dell'immondizia che hanno creato per alcuni giorni uno sgradevole odore, anche quando i sacchi sono stati rimossi. Tolto questo inconveniete l'appartamento ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze.

Appartamento ad Edimburgo, piuttosto comodo
L'appartamento si trova su una traversa di una via molto centrale, ed ha intorno moltissimi luoghi di interesse culturale ma anche molti ristoranti e pub. Nel sito c'erano le foto dell'appartamento che doveva avere anche il soppalco, ma il nostro appartamento non lo aveva, quindi lo spazio a disposizione era poco (il letto era incassato tra le pareti);la camera era anche piuttosto impolverata; il bagno e la cucina erano comunque puliti e nuovi. C'è la connessione ad internet, ma per connettersi bisogna pagare (10 sterline per 3 giorni) e la connettività è bassa. Per il resto io consiglierei questi appartamenti per coppie che vogliono avere una certa indipendenza e spostarsi attraverso la città senza problemi.

The room could have been cleaned a bit better, hairs in the bed and lots of hair in the bathroom sink which was actually clogging it up so I had to remove this myself. There was also quite a few marks and splashes on the glass next to the bed which had not been cleaned off. When we booked this it was not clear that this is actually inside the student halls so was a bit noisy

Lovely property, lovely staff and place was spotless. Really spacious and the bed was super comfy. Good location and parking a short walk away would recommend to stay here

Lovely place to stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. There was a fire alarm whilst there which resulted in being stood on the street for 45 minutes in -2 degrees. This was the only down side to the stay.

Elevator broken for the whole stay. Student residence. Extremely small. Very clean but claustrophobic due to windows and no view. Staff were helpful but facility is not great

So this is a strange property. The area is safe and walkable. A great area to easily walk or uber to the center of the city. The reason it is a little odd is because it is in a dorm. The dorm houses students on all floors and the 3rd floor has been remodeled into condo units. Our particular unit was also unusual because the unit opens into a hallway with 3 fire doors. A bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. (all behind different fire doors) Honestly, if they had gotten rid of the hallway with the fire doors, it would have been amazing. The fire doors made for a very unusual and disjointed flat. Removing the hallway would also add room to make the shower a little larger. (I am by no means a large person, but shaving legs was pretty difficult). The bed was pushed up to the wall on one side, so that person entered the bed from the foot end. Not terrible, but there was room to make it more accessible if it had been laid out a little different. The second odd thing was that at 10:30 on Wednesdays, they have a mandatory fire alarm testing. No worries, had we known. (It wasn't mentioned and in this instance, the test didn't go off so we had to exit and wait across the street for it all to get checked out and the alarm to be turned off) They do provide breakfast and have a lovely spread in a nice breakfast room with great service. Also, we spoke with Diana in the reception. Big kudos to her! She was very easy to work with.

Excellent bed. It's a small unit but quite adequate. The kitchen could have used some more cutlery, utensils and a fry pan. The instructions for operating the oven and stovetop could be improved.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Edinburgh! The location was a short walk to the Royal Mile and right around the corner from multiple grocery stores, restaurants and pubs. Despite being close to a busy area the street was quiet. The room was larger than I had anticipated and was very clean! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. If I had one complaint, the lift was broken when we arrived and we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor with our luggage, however this was fixed by the next day and didn't detract from our stay here. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Edinburgh!

Great stay at a great price. Perfect apartment location (although can be a bit noisy at 3am!) Couple of gripes such as shower door not shutting properly (but that was fixed super quick) and it seemed coldish in the apartment but again we didnt report that and we couldve. I do recommend these apartments thiugh

El apartamento está super bien decorado y está muy bien para moverte a pie por el centro. Además debajo hay un Lidl y un poco más adelante un Tesco enorme. Nos encantó!

It was a great location but it said a double bed. It was only a 4ft bed.

Hyggelig leilighet med utmerket beliggenhet.
Litt trang leilighet, men alt fungerte meget bra. Det meste så egentlig ganske nytt ut. Utmerket beliggenhet, 5 min gange til gamlebyen. Kan anbefale denne plassen.
