Listing description:

Entire flat in a popular, handy location in vibrant Leith. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living/dining space as well as it's own private balcony.
The flat is within walking distance of Princes St, the Royal Mile and Arthurs Seat. Free on-site parking.

The Space:
The open plan living area has a fully-fitted kitchen with a microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine as well as a comfortable living room area with a huge sofa, dining table and a TV (Freeview channels and access to your Netflix account and BBC IPlayer etc). There is also high-speed BT internet throughout the apartment.

The apartment has a special balcony area with fairy lights and a cosy pallet seating area which is a great spot to unwind after a long day exploring Edinburgh.

Guest access:
Guests will have sole use of the entire apartment and the outside balcony.

The apartment has a secure fob entry system, fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, free parking on-site, bins and recycling centre on site.
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included

Share some highlights about the neighbourhood.
The apartment is located in the vibrant Leith area. It is a short walk from Easter Road which has great cafe's and shops.
The apartment is located in a quiet building and is within walking distance for many of Edinburghs main attractions (Princes St, Arthurs Seat). There are also excellent bus links from Easter Road and London Road.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Very clean spot in Leith, though very noisy with neighbors coming and going. Easy enough to get to town, not too much within walking distance though. Very clean and plenty of room for two.

the appartment was ideally situated with good driving and walking locations,, the appartment was spotless and had all the facilities we needed.. would definately use again when in this area..

The unit was very clean as shown in the photos. Bedrooms were very nice and the beds comforatable. Kitchen was well supplied with pots and utensils. Freezer needs to be defrosted. A nice small outside sitting area off of the living area for having a cup of morning coffee. The unit was very close, 5 minute walk to a grocery store, that was very convenient. The outside of the unit is in a somewhat bleak apartment complex, but once inside the unit, it was nice. Very confusing, especially after arriving after a 14 hour trip: The Key safe to retrieve the keys: There were THREE key safes outside locked around the railing. Took several minutes on the phone iwith check in person, to identify the one that code worked on. The key safe for the unit should have been marked, it was not, only looked for the "red" marking, a faded label that finally identified the correct one. And the flat "4" is on the entry door of the flat, but not on the building, so you have to look out for it. There were only 2 half rolls of toiled paper in the unit when we arrived. Luckily we were able to buy more at the close by grocery, but this was not renter friendly and more should have been provided. Also, as is the experience in Great Britain, I have learned, no dryers, only washing machines, so back light clothes that dry easily. Overall a nice unit, just don't let the outside of them concern you too much Overall a good experence

Große, geräumige Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Super Kontakt zum Vermieter per sms. Mit Erklärungen und Bildern. Leicht zu erreichen mit Autos und öffentlichen Nahverkehr.
