Downstairs, you`ll find bright, open living space with lovely modern décor, ideal for relaxing together after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and casual dining with access directly to the garden.

The cosy living room has comfortable seating, perfect for a relaxing evening.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, served by 1 well-appointed bathroom and an ensuite off the master bedroom. One further bedroom is on the ground level.

Outside, enjoy your own private garden! A great spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or letting the kids play.
There is a private driveway with parking for 1 vehicle during your visit.

Full Access to all areas

The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.

At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.


To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
No Smoking within the property or garden

No Parties Allowed - We do not accept parties in our home. We live in a quiet residential area and like to deter anti-social noise.

Report Any Damages - Please report any damages, breakages or spillages to us before you leave. We understand accidents happen.
